After-sales Service Polices

These Anet After-Sales Policies only apply to Anet products you purchased from Anet Official Website or Anet Direct Store on site such as eBay, Amazon, AliExpress. For purchases made through Anet’s authorized resellers, please contact them directly. Please contact us with your order receipt for confirmation.

If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain after-sales service by contacting us through shop@anet3d.com and let us know what we can do to help you. 

From the date of purchase, the warranty period for the assembled machine is one year, for the DIY machine is six months. Lifelong free online technical support for all models. Accessories, gifts, vulnerable parts are not included in the range of the warranty.

Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification of the machine, including teardown, tear off the sticker, etc. , or damage caused by natural weather events(such as fire, earthquake, thunder, flood, etc.) beyond the control of Anet is not covered by this warranty.

Request Return Service

√ Within seven (14) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new condition.
√ Within seven (14) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
